1 About Order & Membership
1.1 Do I need to register an account before shopping online?
It is not mandatory to register a member account. You can select "Non-member checkout" when submitting an order, without registering an account. But registering as an account can enjoy more benefits:
• Your personal information will be stored securely, making checkout faster and more convenient;
• Unpurchased items will be kept in your shopping bag for next use;
• Add your favourite items to your Wishlist;
• Track your order status and history.

1.2.1 What is a promo code?
A promo code is a code that can be used on your order to receive a discount or gift.
1.2.2 How do I add a promo code?
When you confirm your order, you will see the Enter Promo Code field on the shopping cart page where you can enter the promo code. Discounts will appear immediately in Discount Amount and gifts will appear on the payment page. Only one promo code can be used per order. Some coupons may not be used in conjunction with other offers, please refer to the offer terms and conditions for details.
1.2.3 I forgot to add the discount code, what should I do?
We're sorry, but we're unable to apply promo codes to orders after they've been submitted. It is recommended to apply the promo code to new orders to enjoy the relevant offers. If you have any enquiries, please feel free to contact us.
1.2.4 I entered a promo code, but it doesn't work.
Our system will automatically recognize a valid promo code. Therefore, if the code is not successfully used from your order, it means that the code was entered incorrectly or did not meet the eligible redemption criteria. Please email your order number, registered name and phone number to [email protected] or Whatsapp to +852 6508 2578, so that we can follow up with you as soon as possible.
2 About Delivery
2.1 When the receipt of the order and related payment is confirmed, the goods will usually be dispatched within 4-14 working days. Please note that during promotional periods such as Lunar New Year/Christmas, due to busy orders, the delivery time of orders may be delayed. The warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays.
2.2 After the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email notification, which includes the tracking number of the shipment.
2.3 The delivery service is only available in Hong Kong, and overseas delivery services are not provided. Delivery includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories industrial and commercial areas (residential surcharges and remote areas may require surcharges) Ultra V Hong Kong Limited is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the customer's request to leave the product at the door of the delivery address or the building security office, etc.
2.4 If the consumption reaches HK$500, free delivery is available. If you spend less than HK$500, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged. The above fees do not include the service fee upstairs. If the items to be delivered cannot be put in the elevator or transported by the elevator, or there is no elevator available for cargo transportation, an additional service fee will be charged.
*Remarks: If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, post office box, hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to provide a copy of the ID, the recipient refuses the package due to undeliverable or unclaimed return orders, we can arrange to send again. However, the customer will be charged for re-sending, and the previous shipping fee will not be refunded.
